Stayed a few days in Portland off of NE Alberta, regulars for morning coffee at the Starry Rose ... Then to pick raspberries on Sauvie Island with a gaggle of kids ... Then to the Oregon Coast and the big blue ... Then to the Oregon Country Fair for a week hanging outside the Ritz Sauna with "Spirit" the osprey and finally to a good spot to wait for discovery and the next adventure ...

Tag #458, Victor Steinbrueck Park, Seattle, WA. Sent in by Michelle C.

My friend Jessica found Blue Cube #458. He whispered to her that he dreamed
of the water...of the wide open sky...and of cooler weather.

So Jessica let BC #458 travel with me to Seattle. BC #458 and I parted ways at Victor Steinbrueck Park at the corner of Virginia Street & Western Ave., just north of Pike Place Market. When I left him, he was looking out over the water, breathing in the cool, fresh air, not far from the park's big totem pole. Although you can't tell in the photo, he was smiling. A lot.
